Pinterest Media Buyer (Paid + Organic) for D2C Lighting & Decor Brand About us Ozarke is a Houston-based direct-to-consumer lighting and decor brand. We sell on Shopify, run paid media across Meta, Google, and connected TV, and judge performance on channel ROAS alongside blended MER. We have run Pinterest ads before. The account went dormant. We are relaunching the channel with real budget behind it and want one specialist to own it properly this time. The role You will own Pinterest end to end: paid campaigns plus organic presence. Starting spend is $5,000 to $20,000 per month, with room to scale if the channel earns it. Creative production and product catalog/feed management are handled in-house. You brief what you need and our team produces it. Your job is strategy, execution, and results inside the platform. What you'll own Paid Audit the existing Pinterest Ads account and rebuild the structure for a clean relaunch Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns: catalog sales, consideration, awareness, retargeting Build and test audiences: actalike, engagement, customer lists, site retargeting Own bidding strategy, budget pacing, and scaling decisions Run a structured testing roadmap across creative angles, keywords, interests, placements, and bid types Confirm tracking is clean: Pinterest tag, Conversions API, UTM discipline Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CPA, and contribution to blended MER Organic Own Pinterest SEO: keyword research, board architecture, pin titles and descriptions Set and hold a consistent publishing cadence, including Idea Pins Optimize the profile, board covers, and rich pins Flag which organic pins deserve paid amplification You're a fit if you have 2+ years managing Pinterest Ads specifically, not Meta experience with some Pinterest attached A track record managing at least $5K/month in Pinterest spend for ecommerce Direct Shopify ecommerce experience with ROAS you can show Fluency with Pinterest Business Manager, catalogs, Pinterest tag, and Conversions API Comfort in GA4, ideally Triple Whale or a comparable attribution tool Clear written English and a weekly reporting habit we do not have to chase Bonus points Home decor, lighting, furniture, or interiors category experience You think in blended MER, not just last-click platform ROAS You have relaunched a dormant Pinterest account before and know where the landmines are Engagement Ongoing contract, roughly 10 to 15 hours per week to start Overlap with US Central time for a weekly call We provide access to Shopify, Pinterest Business Manager, Triple Whale, and our creative team via ClickUp 30-day paid trial to start, then ongoing if the numbers work To apply, answer these Start your reply with the word LUMEN so we know you read the post.
