Summary

We Already Have the Content & SEO. We Need Someone Who Can Make It Visible. We are looking for a reliable, creative **Pinterest & Social Media Content Manager** to take over the execution of our existing content strategy. This is an important distinction: **You will NOT be starting from zero.** We already have: * Content ideas and written content * SEO content and keywords from our Google Business Profile * A Pinterest relaunch strategy * Photos and business information * Clear service categories * Content pillars and topics * A defined direction for our brand What we need is someone who can take all of this material and **turn it into consistent, professional, searchable, high-quality content that gets seen.** Our goal is to increase our online visibility, drive qualified traffic to our website, and ultimately generate more appointment opportunities. About the Business We are an established tailoring and alterations business with several service areas, including: * Bridal and wedding dress alterations * Military uniform alterations * Bespoke/custom suits * General alterations and tailoring * Formalwear * Garment fitting and tailoring services We want to build a stronger organic presence, particularly on Pinterest while also being able to repurpose our existing content for other social media platforms. Our Pinterest account is currently dormant/outdated and needs someone to take ownership of bringing it back to life. What We Need You To Do 1. Take Our Existing Content and Repurpose It We will provide you with content, topics, SEO information, photos, and business information. Your job is to turn that material into: * Pinterest pins * Pinterest titles * Pinterest descriptions * Canva graphics * Short-form visual content where appropriate * Social media posts/recycled content when applicable We want someone who can look at one piece of content and think: “How can I turn this into 3–5 different pieces of useful, searchable content?” You should be comfortable creating different visual angles instead of simply copying and pasting the same post repeatedly. 2. Pinterest SEO We already have SEO information from our Google Business Profile that you can use as a starting point. You will: * Incorporate our existing keywords naturally * Optimize Pinterest titles * Optimize Pinterest descriptions * Optimize boards and board descriptions * Research Pinterest search suggestions/autocomplete * Identify additional relevant keywords when appropriate * Keep keywords aligned with our actual services * Update keyword strategy when search behavior changes **You don't need to invent our entire SEO strategy.** We need someone who knows how to take good SEO material and use it properly on Pinterest. 3. Create Professional Pinterest Graphics You should be very comfortable with Canva. Pinterest graphics should be: * Professional * Clean * Easy to read * On-brand * Visually interesting * Designed for Pinterest's vertical format * Different enough that fresh content actually looks fresh Our initial Pinterest plan calls for approximately 15–25 fresh pin designs per week, with 3–5 fresh pins per day during the initial reactivation period. You do not necessarily need to create 25 completely different pieces of information every week. The goal is to intelligently turn our existing content into multiple useful pin designs. 4. Schedule & Maintain Consistency Once the content is created, you will: * Schedule pins * Maintain the posting calendar * Make sure content goes out consistently * Avoid unnecessary gaps * Organize content by board * Monitor scheduled posts * Keep the account active Consistency is extremely important to us. We don't want someone who works hard for two weeks and then disappears. 5. Manage Pinterest Boards Our boards will be organized around our actual services, including: * Wedding Dress Alterations & Bustles * Bridal Fitting Tips & Before/After * Military Uniform Alterations * Ball Season & Formal Military Prep * Combat Suits / Bespoke Menswear * General Alterations & Tailoring Tips * Story Sundays / Alteration Stories * Our Shop / Brand Story The Pinterest plan specifically calls for keeping different business lines visually and structurally distinct. 6. Watch Analytics We don't expect you to be a data scientist. But you should be able to look at Pinterest Analytics and tell us: * Which pins are getting saves? * Which pins are getting clicks? * Which topics are performing? * Which boards are performing? * What should we create more of? * What isn't working? * What should we test next? The primary metrics we're interested in are reach, engagement/saves, outbound website clicks, and which boards/topics perform best. We Are Looking for an Executor Who Thinks This is not a simple data-entry job. We want someone who can follow directions but also use good judgment. For example, if we give you: “Wedding dress bustle” We don't want you to make one generic pin and call it done. We want you to think about different angles: * What is a wedding dress bustle? * When should a bride get a bustle? * Common bustle mistakes * Before & after bustle transformation * Types of wedding dress alterations * Questions brides should ask their tailor * Wedding alteration timeline You don't have to create the underlying expertise—we provide that. You turn the expertise into content people can discover. What You Should Already Know You should have experience with: * Pinterest * Pinterest SEO * Canva * Social media content creation * Content repurposing * Scheduling tools * Pinterest Analytics * Basic keyword research * Organic social media growth Strong Bonus If You Have Experience With: * Wedding/bridal businesses * Fashion * Tailoring * Menswear * Local businesses * Service businesses * Instagram * Facebook * Short-form video * Google Business Profile content What We DON'T Need We do **not** need someone to: * Build an entire marketing strategy from scratch * Write all of our business content from zero * Tell us what our business does * Spend hours researching basic information about our services * Create complicated marketing reports every week **We already have a lot of the raw material.** We need someone who can execute it professionally and consistently. Initial Project — Paid Trial We would like to start with a **paid trial project** rather than immediately committing to a long-term contract. The initial project will include: 1. Review our existing Pinterest account 2. Review the content and SEO material we provide 3. Identify opportunities for improvement 4. Clean up/organize Pinterest boards 5. Create Canva templates 6. Create approximately 15–25 fresh Pinterest pins 7. Write Pinterest SEO titles and descriptions 8. Schedule the content 9. Set up/confirm basic analytics tracking 10. Give us a short summary of what you recommend doing next If the work is good, we want this to become an ongoing position. Ongoing Work After the trial, we expect the role to include: * Weekly Pinterest content creation * Pinterest SEO * Scheduling * Content repurposing * Board management * Analytics monitoring * Monthly optimization * Seasonal content planning * Occasional social media repurposing Our existing plan is built around a weekly batch-production system so that content can be created efficiently rather than designing every pin at the last minute. Compensation Fixed price: $100 How To Apply Please answer these questions in your proposal: 1. Pinterest Experience How long have you managed Pinterest for businesses? 2. Show Us Your Work Please provide 2–3 examples of Pinterest accounts or pins you personally created or managed.** 3. Pinterest SEO Briefly explain how you optimize a Pinterest pin for search. 4. Canva How comfortable are you with Canva? Please provide examples of your work. 5. Content Repurposing If we give you one existing article/post/topic, how many different Pinterest content ideas would you typically create from it? 6. Our Business Based on this job description, what would you do during your first week? 7. Availability How many hours per week are you available? Most Important Question **If we give you the content, photos, SEO keywords, and business information, what would you do to make sure that content actually gets seen on Pinterest? We are looking for someone who understands that **creating content is only half the job.** The goal is visibility. The goal is traffic. The goal is getting the right people to discover our business and eventually book with us. If you are organized, creative, Pinterest-savvy, comfortable with Canva, understand SEO, and can consistently execute without being micromanaged, we'd love to hear from you.
