Plan our Funnel, Meta & LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert

We’re a marketing agency and AI solutions agency looking for an expert in Meta & LinkedIn lead generation who can generate quality, sales-ready leads, not just volume. The immediate goal is to generate at least 10 qualified calls/appointments every week and gradually go up. You’ll be responsible for: Reviewing and auditing my existing ads Planning the overall funnel and lead generation strategy Identifying the right audiences and targeting Optimising/creating campaigns, creatives and messaging Executing the strategy and continuously improving based on results Weekly calls with founder and brainstorm strategy and ideas. In your application, I’d also like you to explain what you would do during the first 2–3 weeks that you believe could dramatically increase our chances of achieving this goal. I’m particularly interested in your thinking, strategy and what you would prioritise first. I’m happy to start small initially and increase the budget/scope if we see consistent results. If you genuinely know what you’re doing and can deliver, there’s potential for long-term and full-time work, including campaigns for other clients.
