UK Planning CAD Technician – Indicative Site Plan & Elevations for Pre-Application

I need an experienced CAD technician/draughtsperson, ideally with UK planning application experience, to prepare a clean indicative pre-application drawing package for a proposed small commercial/employment building in North Yorkshire. I already have an existing scaled site/block plan, historic planning drawings, photographs, site measurements and a marked-up plan showing the exact proposed building position. I do not need the scheme redesigned — the job is to accurately convert the information provided into professional planning-quality drawings. The proposed building is approximately 18m x 12m (216m²), single storey, positioned approximately 8m behind the existing commercial buildings, with the 18m dimension running across the rear of the existing buildings. I require: Existing Site Plan Proposed Site Plan at approximately 1:200 Proposed building clearly dimensioned at 18m x 12m 8m separation from existing buildings shown Existing buildings, access, hardstanding and site boundaries shown Existing trees/hedges shown and labelled as retained Existing overhead electricity lines/poles shown Historic/former depot hardstanding area identified Simple drawing legend/key and pre-application notes North point, scale bar, drawing number, date and revision Drawing marked “Indicative Pre-Application Drawing – Not for Construction” One simple indicative elevation/section showing a low-profile single-storey commercial building, approximately 4m eaves and 4.8–5m ridge, with a simple pitched roof The proposed building location and orientation are already decided, so please do not reposition or redesign the building without discussing it with me first. I can supply the existing PDF drawings, approved historic plans, marked-up site plan, photographs and dimensions immediately. Final files required in PDF plus editable DWG/DXF format.
