Podcast Producer & Video Editor (Remote)

About the Opportunity We are launching a new premium interview-based video podcast and are looking for a long-term Podcast Producer to grow with the show. We anticipate producing 4–5 episodes per month, making this an ongoing collaboration rather than a one-time editing project. Our ideal producer is someone who enjoys crafting compelling stories through editing and wants to become part of the creative process as the show grows. Responsibilities Produce and edit multi-camera podcast episodes (possibly 3-camera setup) Build engaging cold opens that immediately capture attention Shape each conversation into a compelling narrative with strong pacing Incorporate music, transitions, B-roll, photos, and motion graphics where appropriate Color grade footage and professionally mix audio Create polished lower thirds and title graphics Collaborate on storytelling, emotional flow, and audience retention What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a storyteller—not simply an editor.
