Podcast and YouTube Studio Design

We are converting a finished studio space above a garage into a two-person podcast/Zoom/YouTube studio and need help with the final design layer. We're not looking for construction or acoustic engineering, just someone to help us get the finishing details right. NOTE: Time is of the essence. We are having to move out of our current studio in the next couple weeks and are currently prepping this same to move into it. What we already have: -All equipment owned (desk, cameras, teleprompter, lighting rigs) -A completed architectural floor plan and wall elevation spec (happy to share) What we need help with: -Confirming final camera-facing wall / backdrop wall orientation -Lighting plan and fixture recommendations for the space -Wall treatment ideas — paint, wallpaper, or decor to create a professional backdrop for Zoom calls, YouTube, and podcast recording -Cable management recommendations Room details: -Irregular footprint, approx. 27'-2" wide x 13'-1" deep -Gambrel/dormer ceiling — peaks at 9'-9" in the center, drops to 6'-1" and 6'-5" kneewalls at the edges -Kitchenette bump-out on one wall; bathroom and stairwell carve-outs on another -HVAC unit and larger window located on one wall (to be confirmed as the non-camera-facing wall) -Existing closet element What we're looking for in you: -Experience designing home podcast/content studios or similar (portfolio with before/after photos strongly preferred) -Comfortable working remotely from floor plans and photos/video walkthrough -Can give practical, specific recommendations (products, placement, brands) rather than generic advice **We are also not looking for regurgitated AI design slop** Deliverable: A short design plan covering paint selections, lighting placement, wall treatment recommendations, and any final layout adjustments — plus availability for a 1-2 call follow-up if we have questions during install. Please include your relevant portfolio and note whether you work remotely or would need to be on-site.
