Police Body-cam Research and Script Writer for YouTube

I am looking for a researcher and script writer that has experience with making police bodycam or dashcam videos for YouTube. Specifically, we are wanting to make top-10 videos about police high-speed pursuits. Below is an example of the type of videos we are wanting to make. Example: (Not my channel) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05clOVnclz0 We will collaborate on the topics and titles, and then your job will be to research that topic and find the video clips from other bodycam videos on YouTube. You will do the following: -Collaborate on topic and title -Create a research document with sources for each of the Bodycam/Dashcam videos and articles. -Write a script that discusses the bodycam videos in the same style as the example video above To be considered, please attach examples of your past work with similar videos or scripts. I am looking for someone with experience with this niche or similar. The pay will be based on your experience.
