Portrait Photo Editor

OG Media is looking for an experienced Portrait Photo Editor to handle complete portrait galleries on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone who can take our RAW portrait images and deliver a fully edited, professional gallery similar to what a client would expect to receive from an experienced portrait photographer. What We Need Each completed gallery should include a polished mix of images, including: Professionally edited color photos Selected black-and-white versions Natural, flattering skin tones Consistent color grading throughout the gallery Proper exposure, contrast, highlights and shadows White balance correction Natural skin retouching Blemish removal when needed Stray hair cleanup when appropriate Teeth and eye enhancements when needed Cropping and straightening Background or distraction cleanup when necessary A variety of portrait looks while maintaining a consistent overall style We want the finished gallery to feel complete and intentional, not like the same preset was simply applied to every image. Editing Style Our preference is: Clean • Natural • Warm • Professional • True-to-Life Skin should look natural and people should still look like themselves. We do not want excessive smoothing, artificial skin, extreme HDR, or heavy filters. What We're Looking For We need an editor who: Has experience editing professional portrait sessions Understands when an image works better in black and white Can create a consistent look across an entire gallery Is comfortable working with RAW files Uses Lightroom and/or Photoshop Can handle batch editing while still giving individual photos attention when needed Has reliable communication Can provide dependable turnaround times Is interested in ongoing work When Applying, Please Send: Before-and-after examples of your portrait editing Examples of complete portrait galleries if available Examples of both color and black-and-white edits Your price per image or per gallery Your average turnaround time How many images you can realistically complete per day The software you use
