Power BI Developer – Job Description WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AGENCIES FOR THIS JOB. We are looking for a Power BI Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing interactive, business-focused dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Develop and enhance Power BI reports based on business requirements. Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX and Power Query. Experience connecting Power BI with Azure-based data sources such as Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. Good understanding of data modelling, relationships, KPI development and data validation. Extensive knowledge of bookmarks, buttons, page navigation, drill-through, tooltips and interactive report behaviour. Ability to create professional dashboards using industry-standard UI/UX practices, including proper layout, spacing, colour usage and visual consistency. Experience in selecting, adapting and configuring visuals based on business and reporting needs. Working knowledge of SQL, row-level security, scheduled refresh, workspace publishing and report performance optimization. Good communication skills and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
