PowerPoint Brand Guidelines & Template Design for Consulting Firm

We're a consulting firm looking for a PowerPoint design specialist to overhaul our presentation templates and create proper brand guidelines for our decks. Current situation: We have a library of existing slide packs with some consistent elements (logo, rough color usage) but overall they're ad hoc, inconsistent, and not very visually polished. Our consultants build decks manually and there's no proper system, so quality and branding vary a lot deck to deck. What we need: A written PowerPoint brand/style guide (colors, typography, layout rules, chart styling, spacing/grid system) A PowerPoint template file (.potx) built properly using PowerPoint's Slide Master system — a real, editable master with layouts our team can build from A slide library of ~10 pre-built layouts covering our most common slide types (title, section divider, 2-column, chart + takeaway, comparison/matrix, timeline, process flow, KPI dashboard, closing slide) What stays fixed: Our logo and core brand colors are set and must be retained. Everything else — secondary palette, typography, layout grids, chart styling, overall visual system — is open for you to redesign and improve. What we'll provide: Our logo files, existing brand colors (hex codes), a sample of our current (messy) decks, and a few real slides you can use as redesign examples.
