AI-Powered Ecommerce Growth Marketer — Meta, Creative, Shopify & Lifecycle

We are a skincare and beauty company growing two brands. We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can work across the full customer journey—not only Meta Ads, email or content. Scope - Meta campaign setup, management and optimization - Ad concepts, copy, static creative and video - AI-assisted creative production and research - Landing pages, offers and conversion testing - Shopify website and product-page updates - Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns and automations - Customer, competitor and creative research - Analytics, reporting and weekly testing plans - Google or TikTok Ads when relevant You do not need to be an expert in everything. We want someone smart, resourceful and always learning. The vibe We move quickly, test ideas and learn from results. You will work directly with the team and have room to develop new skills. We want ownership, honesty, curiosity and clear communication. We do not want an agency, outsourced team or someone collecting as many contracts as possible. Working options - Part-time: You may continue working with other clients. - Full team member: You become fully involved in our company’s growth and expansion.
