Powershell Error

Summary

We are having an issue on our Windows 2022 Server wherein we cannot launch the local Powershell. A change we need to make requires us to use the native Powershell, not Powershell 7, which we also have installed. As soon as we launch the native Powershell, we receive the following error: "Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! https://aka.ms/PSWindows One or more errors occurred. One or more errors occurred. Cannot load PSReadline module. Console is running without PSReadline." We've tried the following: 1. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth 2. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth 3. sfc /scannow (and Reboot) 4. Changing the registry keys. 5. .NET Fix Tool We need this resolved as soon as possible.
