Pre-Construction Termite Management Estimator – Paid Test Project We are an Australian termite management consultancy looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Termite Management Estimator to complete a small paid assessment project. This is a $30 USD fixed-price, one-time project designed to assess a candidate's technical experience, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions. Important – Please Read Before Applying This is not a general Virtual Assistant or entry-level estimating role. We are specifically looking for candidates with substantial experience in: Pre-construction termite management Australian residential and/or commercial projects Reading architectural and construction plans Quantity takeoffs Preparing estimates Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Scopes of work Digital plan markups Experience with termite management estimating is highly preferred. The Test Project Shortlisted and qualified candidates will be provided with project documentation and instructions to complete a small estimating task. The assessment may involve: Reviewing building or architectural plans Identifying relevant termite management requirements Completing quantity takeoffs Preparing an estimate, BOQ, or scope of work Completing plan markups where required Detailed instructions and project files will only be provided after a candidate has been selected for the paid test project.
