Pre/Post-Op Cephalometric Analysis & Superimposition (DICOM CBCT)

This project requires a clinical cephalometric analysis and skeletal superimposition comparing pre-operative and post-operative CBCT scans of an individual who underwent Maxillomandibular Advancement (MMA) surgery. The raw DICOM files for both timepoints are available and ready to share. Looking for an orthodontic resident, orthodontist, or digital dental technician who has access to orthodontic tracing software (e.g., Dolphin 3D, Planmeca Romexis, or similar) to measure the exact movement of the jaws in the images. Scope of Work 1. Cephalometric Tracing: Perform a standard 3D or 2D-derived cephalometric analysis on both the pre-op and post-op scans. 2. Skeletal Measurements: Calculate the change in key angles and linear measurements relative to the cranial base to determine the exact movement of the jaws in the images, specifically: SNA (Maxilla relative to cranial base) SNB (Mandible relative to cranial base) ANB (Relative relationship of upper to lower jaw) Maxillary occlusal plane Wits Appraisal / Linear advancement of A-point and B-point in millimeters. 3. Superimposition: Overlay the pre- and post-op tracings (anchored at the stable Sella-Nasion plane or cranial base) to visually demonstrate the exact forward projection and displacement of the maxilla, mandible, and chin (Pogonion). A visual superimposition overlay image showing the "before and after" skeletal profiles aligned on the cranial base.
