Premium T-Shirt Designer for DMS™

I am building a new premium streetwear brand in India called DMS™ and need an experienced apparel designer to develop our first physical garment from concept to production-ready specifications. This is not a simple graphic design project. I need someone who understands garment construction, silhouettes, fabric, seams, fit, trims, embroidery/print placement, technical flats, and tech packs, ideally with experience working with Indian manufacturers. The brand has a strong visual identity and I have already developed the direction, website, moodboards, and initial AI concept visuals. For the first project, I want to develop one hero T-shirt/prototype, not an entire collection. The garment should include premium cotton, a relaxed/boxy contemporary silhouette, engineered/asymmetric seam construction, premium rib collar and finishing, subtle embroidery or original artwork, custom labels/tags, and production-ready print/embroidery specifications. The design should be distinctive enough to stand out even without the graphic.
