Premium Streetwear Fashion Designer & Apparel Product Develop

I’m looking for an experienced apparel designer / pattern maker / product developer to help develop a premium oversized hoodie from the early development stage through to a manufacturer-ready product. I have an initial logo and several photo references showing different hoodie styles, fits, proportions and details that I like. The logo and overall design direction are not final. I need someone with professional experience who can review what I have, give honest recommendations, identify what should be improved, and help develop a strong and original final product. What I need help with I need someone who can look at the project as a complete product rather than only creating a basic tech pack. This includes: * Professionally review my current logo and overall visual direction * Recommend whether the logo needs refinement * Advise on logo size, placement and application * Analyse the hoodie photo references I provide * Understand the different elements I like from those references * Use the references as direction to develop an original hoodie for my own label * Help determine the best overall silhouette and proportions * Develop the garment pattern * Create accurate measurements and specifications * Create sizing and pattern grading from XS–XL * Develop the sleeve shape and appropriate taper * Determine shoulder, chest, body length and armhole proportions * Develop cuff and waistband dimensions and rib specifications * Develop the hood shape and construction * Recommend suitable premium heavyweight fabric * Recommend appropriate stitching and construction methods * Create a detailed, manufacturer-ready tech pack * Help review and correct the product during the sampling process if needed Fit & Product Direction I want a premium, controlled oversized fit. The hoodie should look relaxed and substantial without becoming extremely wide, long or shapeless. The general direction I like includes: * Relaxed / dropped shoulders * Premium oversized silhouette * Balanced body width and length * Structured heavyweight appearance * Clean drape * Room in the upper sleeve with controlled volume * Gradual sleeve taper toward the wrist * Clean, fitted cuff opening * Premium rib cuffs with good recovery * Structured waistband * Structured double-layer hood * High-quality stitching and finishing I will provide multiple reference photos showing the fit, silhouette, hood, sleeves, cuffs, construction and other details I like. I want an experienced designer to analyse these references and use their professional knowledge to create an original, cohesive design, rather than simply putting different reference elements together. Logo & Visual Direction The current logo is an initial concept and is not final. I would like a professional opinion on whether it works for a premium streetwear direction and whether it should be refined, simplified or adjusted. I am also open to recommendations regarding: * Logo refinement * Typography * Logo proportions * Logo placement * Embroidery / print application * Labels and trims * Colour direction * Overall product presentation If logo/branding design is not your speciality, that is okay. Strong apparel product-development, pattern-making and fit experience are the main priorities.
