Prepress Technician for Sticker Production

We need a detail-oriented Prepress Technician for ongoing sticker and magnet production. This is production work, not creative design — we have the artwork; we need it correctly built for print in Adobe Illustrator: cutlines, spot colors, layer setup, following our detailed checklists. You'll work across 3 order types: applying custom text to existing designs, correcting customer-supplied art, and locating/adjusting catalog art. SKU and file-naming accuracy matters as much as the design work. Same-day turnaround expected, with a quick daily status update. Requirements: strong Illustrator skills (Photoshop a plus), comfortable with repetitive high-volume production work, careful attention to detail, reliable daily communication. We start with a small paid fixed-price test task before ongoing work. Pay is milestone-based (equivalent to $10/hr) for standard orders — you're paid per completed, approved order, not hourly logging. Customer-supplied art needing heavy rebuild is priced separately.
