# Presentation Designer & Storytelling Specialist ### PowerPoint / Pitch Deck / MedTech / AI / Robotics ## About XiViX® **XiViX® AI Dental Robotics** is a Belgian MedTech company developing a new generation of **AI-driven, high-precision restorative dentistry**. Our platform combines clinical data, digital dentistry, prosthetic-first planning, advanced manufacturing and dentist-supervised robotic execution to make restorative dental care more **predictable, minimally invasive, standardized and scalable**. We are currently preparing presentations for investors, strategic industry partners, DSOs, clinics, hospitals, universities and institutional stakeholders. ## The Role We are looking for an experienced **Presentation Designer & Storytelling Specialist** who can transform complex technological, clinical and business information into **clear, elegant and compelling PowerPoint presentations**. This is not simply a graphic-design assignment. We need someone able to understand the strategic message, challenge the structure when necessary and turn it into a strong visual narrative. The objective is to create presentations that feel **premium, modern, clinical and human — never overly futuristic or AI-generated-looking**. ## Main Responsibilities * Structure decks into a strong and logical storyline, depending on the audience: **problem → opportunity → solution → technology → differentiation → validation → business model → market → roadmap → team → investment / partnership opportunity** * Improve the **storytelling, messaging and sequencing** of existing XiViX® presentations. * Design and continuously improve the **XiViX® investor pitch deck**. * Create presentations for: * Venture Capital and institutional investors * Strategic dental and MedTech companies * Clinics and Dental Service Organizations * Hospitals and healthcare groups * Universities and research institutions * Ministries, public-health organizations and institutional boards * Transform technical or scientific information into **simple, intuitive visual communication**. * Design: * Infographics * Clinical workflows * Technology architectures * Timelines and roadmaps * Market and business-model diagrams * Competitive-positioning slides * Charts and data visualizations * Ecosystem and platform diagrams * Apply **modern typography, strong visual hierarchy and consistent spacing** to create clarity and focus. * Develop a disciplined XiViX® presentation design system using: * White and clean backgrounds * Sophisticated grey typography * XiViX® blue * Controlled premium gold accents * Minimal medical-grade iconography * High-quality authentic clinical imagery * Maintain perfect visual consistency across slides, including logos, trademarks, terminology, spacing, alignment and page architecture. * Ensure that presentations remain **fully editable in PowerPoint**. ## Design Direction The desired visual language is: **Clinical • Premium • Minimal • Human • Scientific • Contemporary** We want the sophistication of a premium international MedTech or healthcare company rather than the visual style of a conventional startup pitch deck. Slides should have space to breathe. Complex technology must appear **simple and understandable without becoming simplistic**. Photography should feel authentic and aspirational, with real clinical environments, healthcare professionals and patients rather than artificial-looking stock imagery. ## What We Are Looking For * Excellent command of **Microsoft PowerPoint** * Strong experience in pitch-deck and corporate-presentation design * Excellent information-design and storytelling skills * Ability to work with complex subjects such as: * MedTech * Healthcare * AI * Robotics * Digital platforms * DeepTech * Ability to interpret content rather than simply copy text onto slides * Strong typography and layout skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to create sophisticated custom diagrams rather than relying on standard PowerPoint SmartArt * Fluent professional English * Comfortable working directly with the Founder & CEO and iterating quickly Experience with **medical devices, healthcare, venture-capital presentations or scientific communication** is a strong advantage. ## Initial Scope The first assignment will focus on: 1. Refining the XiViX® master presentation design system 2. Redesigning and optimizing the main **Investor Pitch Deck** 3. Improving its storyline and investment narrative 4. Creating selected strategic / clinical presentation variants 5. Developing a reusable library of XiViX® PowerPoint layouts, diagrams and visual assets The collaboration may become ongoing as XiViX® prepares presentations for different investors, strategic partners and international stakeholders. ## Important We are looking for someone who combines **strategic thinking and high-end presentation design**.
