Presentation and Print Designer (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator)

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to design compelling visual assets including: PowerPoint presentations for workshops, SME content, client meetings, and internal communications Canva designs and templates for social media graphics, infographics, ads, and lead magnets Print-ready layouts in InDesign/Illustrator for workbooks, whitepapers, guides, and handouts (mostly 8.5x11") Core responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to understand content and objectives Design professional, on-brand slides and graphics in PowerPoint and Canva Layout longer-form documents in InDesign and Illustrator Revise and iterate based on team feedback Prepare final files for print, web, and digital distribution The right candidate will have: Expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably with B2B content Strong typography, color, and information design fundamentals Ability to follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Excellent communication and responsiveness via Upwork messages Commitment to deadlines and quick turnarounds All design assets must be provided in editable source file formats (PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.). We'll own full rights to completed work.
