Summary

We’re looking for an expert IoT systems architect or fractional CTO to conduct a full end-to-end audit of our connected pool automation platform. The system includes custom ESP32 firmware, LoRa, AWS IoT Core, MQTT, cloud services, databases, and web dashboards. We need someone who can assess security, scalability, reliability, CI/CD, OTA strategy, and overall architecture. This starts as a comprehensive audit, but we hope to continue with a long-term advisor as we scale. Please share similar IoT platforms you’ve audited or scaled, and your role in those projects.
