Print Designer for Trade Show Booth Artwork, 3 Backlit Modules, Weekend Turnaround

ABOUT US inca is an InsurTech startup modernizing the claims experience. We recently completed a full rebrand. This year we are attending insurance trade fairs to meet potential clients and build awareness for our product, so our booth is essentially our physical business card. We need it to make people stop, look, and understand who we are within a few seconds. WHAT WE NEED We have ordered a modular booth system (Pixlip GO S12, a backlit textile lightbox system) and are looking for a designer to create the artwork for three printed modules: - Back wall, 300 x 225 cm - Side banner / pillar, 100 x 200 cm - Counter front, 100 x 100 cm This is primarily a branding and marketing job, not a technical one. What matters most to us: strong, consistent branding across all three modules, a clear message that lands at a glance, and a layout that still works from 10 meters away in a busy, visually loud exhibition hall. The three modules should read as one system, not three separate designs. WHAT WE PROVIDE - Complete brand kit: colors, typography, logo files - A detailed content brief for each module (headline, messaging, imagery direction) once we select you - The official print data sheet and templates from the booth manufacturer - Reference examples for tone and style direction DELIVERABLES - Print ready files for all three modules, built on the manufacturer templates (CMYK, correct bleed, embedded fonts) - Editable source files - 1 to 2 initial layout concepts, then 1 to 2 rounds of revisions TIMELINE We are on a tight schedule. We would like to see the first concepts by the start of next week, so please only apply if you can start immediately. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Strong branding and marketing design sensibility, clean and modern layouts - Comfortable with large format print design (previous booth work is a plus, but not a requirement) - Ability to work from an existing brand kit and keep everything visually consistent - Someone who thinks along with us: we give you the goal and the context, you come back with questions and a proposal instead of only executing instructions TO APPLY Please share: 1.
