Print-ready die-cut file from artwork - vector redraw + dieline (rush)

Summary

We produce an annual die-cut paper ornament for a nonprofit client. We have the finished front artwork as a high-res image. We need an experienced print / packaging designer to rebuild it as clean vector art and build a proper dieline, then deliver print-ready files for a commercial die-cutter. This is time-sensitive. We need a first proof in 3 to 4 days and final files within about 10 days, and we will need you for 2 to 3 quick revision rounds as we finalize the design with the client before it goes to the printer. What you will deliver: - Clean vector redraw of the supplied artwork in Adobe Illustrator - A proper dieline on its own layer as a spot color (named cut swatch, set to overprint): the outer ornament shape, all internal cut-throughs (lace / filigree gaps, stars, small shapes), and a hole for the hanging ribbon - Print-ready PDF (PDF/X) plus the layered .AI source file - CMYK color, with Pantone references for our blue and green brand colors - 0.125 inch (3mm) bleed, fonts outlined, any raster elements at 300 dpi at final size - A flat proof (PDF or JPG) for review each round - If the printer provides a die template or spec sheet, you build to it About the piece: it is an intricate, organic die-cut ornament (not a box), so we need someone who can redraw an AI-generated raster as clean vector and who knows how to build internal cut-throughs with the right connectors ("bridges") so the piece holds together on the cutter. Please answer in your proposal: 1. Share a portfolio piece where you built the dieline for something that went to a printer (die-cut, packaging, stickers, or labels). 2. Are you comfortable redrawing a raster image as clean vector and building the cut path yourself? 3. Can you deliver a first proof in 3 to 4 days and handle quick revision rounds? (Yes or No) 4. How do you handle a printer's supplied die template? We will share the reference artwork (this year's mockup and last year's printed example) privately with shortlisted candidates.
