Private Dutch Language Learning Platform

I’m a Dutch language tutor with a complete A0–A2 curriculum in Word documents and need a private online learning platform for my students. Requirements include student login (no public signup), 69 topics with vocabulary, explanations, exercises, and model answers, simple flashcards, topic completion tracking, a tutor view to monitor student progress, and mobile-friendly access. I should be able to edit content myself after setup without developer help. Scope includes full platform setup plus the first 10 topics loaded. If the project goes well, I’ll hire for the remaining 59 topics. Hosting, domain, and plugin accounts will be in my name. Please include: (1) which LMS/plugin you'd use and why, (2) a link to a live course site you've built with student login and progress tracking, (3) your estimated hours and fixed price.
