Private document archive RAG (Dify or AnythingLLM) — hosted first, self-host later

I need a private document archive with chat. Hosted first. Must be movable later to my own Docker host. Stack: Dify Cloud or AnythingLLM Cloud now. Same stack in Docker when I take it in-house. I will own the login. You are the builder, not the owner. I already have two governing files: Covenant Statement — how the system must speak (names, titles, method). Master Document — how files are stored, tagged, and weighted. Your job is to configure the platform to those two files. You do not invent doctrine. You do not rewrite source documents. Uploaded texts stay raw. Speech and names follow the Covenant. First milestone (fixed price, paid only after I approve): Stand up Dify or AnythingLLM on a hosted account in my name Load the two governing files as the system rules Show a working chat that follows the Covenant on a test question Show how I upload more Word/PDF files myself Hand me the Docker / export path so I can move hosts later Later work (only if milestone 1 passes): help me load the rest of the archive and set folders to match my tags. Requirements: Proven Dify or AnythingLLM work (send a link or screenshot of a prior deploy) Citations / source filenames on answers No silent edits to my files Single-user access now; I control who is added Do not apply if you only build website chat widgets or will not follow a written speech-rule file.
