Product Assistant — Print Quality, Reviews & Product Data

Posted 4 weeks ago

Worldwide

Summary

We make merchandise for creators, and we're looking for a Product Assistant to help us keep the quality high. Three parts to the work: PRODUCTION - mockups, print file fixes, embroidery edits, tech packs. REVIEWS - read our negative product reviews, find the pattern behind them, and write to the creators affected. PRODUCT DATA - keep our catalog data clean before it reaches our importer. You won't do all three at once. Your first few weeks are just reviews. It's the fastest way to learn which garments and print methods actually let us down, and it makes the rest of the job make sense. Production and data come after that. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You've worked with Printful or a similar print-on-demand platform - You know your way around print files - resolution, vector, CMYK vs RGB, what looks great on DTG and terrible on DTF - You can make small edits in Illustrator or Photoshop - You're comfortable in Google Sheets with a few thousand messy rows - You write well to people who are unhappy, in Spanish and in English - You notice the small wrong thing everyone else scrolled past Embroidery experience, tech packs, or MOQ production runs are a plus, not a requirement. WHERE YOU ARE Mexico or elsewhere in Latin America - we want a close time zone for same-day back-and-forth. Native Spanish, and enough English to read a technical spec and ask a clear question about it. Perfect English isn't the bar. 10-20 hours a week, ongoing. TO APPLY No cover letter needed. Just three short answers: 1. A print problem you caught before it shipped, and how you spotted it 2. Which print-on-demand platforms you've used, and at what volume 3. How comfortable are you with big, messy spreadsheets? Samples of mockups or tech packs are welcome if you have them.
