Product/UX + Brand Designer (AI-Assisted) for Telehealth Platform

We're a telehealth company on a mission to make quality healthcare more accessible, and we're looking for a talented freelance designer to help shape both our product experience and our visual identity. This is a hybrid role for someone who's equally comfortable designing intuitive user flows and crafting a polished, trustworthy brand — and who leverages AI tools to work quickly without sacrificing quality. What you'll work on: Designing patient- and provider-facing interfaces (web and mobile) that are clear, calming, and easy to navigate Building and refining UX flows for scheduling, virtual visits, messaging, and care management Developing visual/brand assets — everything from UI components to marketing materials Contributing to (or helping establish) a cohesive design system Using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, iteration, and delivery What we're looking for: Strong portfolio spanning both product/UX and visual/brand work Proficiency with AI design tools and workflows (e.g., Claude, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools) to move fast and iterate efficiently Proficiency in Figma (and comfort working with or building design systems) A solid grasp of accessibility best practices (WCAG) — this matters a lot in healthcare Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, human-centered designs Bonus: prior experience with healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated/trust-sensitive industries
