Product Content & Data Specialist – Multi-Brand Ecommerce (BigCommerce/Shopify

We're a growing ecommerce company managing several brands across different verticals. We're looking for a reliable Product Content & Data Specialist to help us scale our catalog and keep listings sharp across platforms. Responsibilities: Write compelling product copy (titles, descriptions, bullet points, specs) with SEO best practices in mind Manage and update product listings on BigCommerce and Shopify storefronts Leverage AI writing tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality and brand voice Develop reusable templates and workflows for product content production Perform light image editing (crop, resize, background removal) Juggle priorities across multiple brand catalogs and meet daily output targets Communicate progress and flag blockers proactively What We're Looking For: Proven experience with BigCommerce (Shopify experience is a bonus) Strong product copywriting samples that show you can sell without being salesy Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how search is evolving (AEO/GEO awareness a plus) Comfortable using AI tools daily but with the editorial eye to know when output needs fixing Detail-oriented with solid self-QA habits Basic image editing capability Bonus Points: Experience building AI prompts or content workflows Blog writing or long-form content background Comfortable in Slack, Google Workspace
