Summary

Product Data & Catalog Specialist Work Hours Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST Friday: 9:30 AM–12:30 PM EST Rate: $7–$8/hour We’re looking for a tech-friendly and detail-oriented Product Data & Catalog Specialist to review, verify, and maintain accurate product information across our systems. Responsibilities Research vendor websites, catalogs, and price lists Verify SKUs, titles, descriptions, images, measurements, UOM, quantities, costs, and prices Update product information in Shopify and Squid Correct missing or inaccurate information Maintain accurate and organized product data Research unclear information and never guess Requirements Experience in product data, catalog management, e-commerce, or data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable researching vendor information Shopify experience preferred; Squid experience is a plus Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly Good English communication skills
