Product Data Cleanup, Standardization & CRM Entry (200 SKUs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us clean, standardize, and organize product data for approximately 200 SKUs and enter the finalized information into our CRM. This is a short-term project with a 7-day deadline, but there may be opportunities for future product data, inventory, and operational work for the right freelancer. What you'll do: Review and clean product information for approximately 200 SKUs Check and standardize product names, SKUs, pricing, categories, and other relevant fields Identify and flag duplicate SKUs, missing information, pricing inconsistencies, or other data issues Maintain a separate Issues Found sheet clearly documenting problems that require attention Use AI tools where appropriate to assist with creating or improving product descriptions Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated content before finalizing it Enter the finalized product information into our CRM Follow our provided SOPs and existing formatting requirements Cross-check CRM entries against the final spreadsheet to ensure accuracy Keep the spreadsheet and CRM data consistent and organized What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and product data Experience with CRM data entry or willingness to learn our CRM quickly Ability to identify inconsistencies and data-quality issues rather than simply entering information Comfortable using AI tools as part of a workflow while manually reviewing the output Good written English and communication Ability to work independently and follow SOPs Deliverables: By the end of the project, we expect: 1- A cleaned and standardized spreadsheet containing all 200 SKUs 2- A clear Issues Found sheet documenting identified problems 3- AI-assisted product descriptions that have been reviewed and corrected 4- All finalized product information entered accurately into the CRM 5- CRM entries cross-checked against the final spreadsheet Deadline: 7 days If the project is completed accurately and efficiently, we would be interested in working with the freelancer on future product data, inventory, CRM, and operational tasks.
