Product Development & Brand Coordinator

Part Time | Remote | Approximately ~5-8/hours per week to start [OVERVIEW] MOXIE MOTO is an early stage women’s off road apparel startup currently run by its founder. This part time role will serve as a hands on brand and product associate, supporting the business across product development, creative execution, sourcing, research, organization, and day to day coordination. The associate will help turn the founder’s direction into action by tracking development, organizing priorities, researching products and materials, coordinating vendors and manufacturers, supporting tech packs and sampling, building presentations, and assisting with apparel and brand execution. A key part of the role is creating structure around an evolving business so projects, ideas, decisions, and follow ups continue moving forward. Graphic design and social media experience are a plus, but not required. Current product development include: —Women’s off road jerseys —Women’s riding pants —Moto gloves —Moto socks —Lifestyle essentials [IDEAL CANIDATE] MOXIE MOTO is especially interested in someone ambitious, curious, creative, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside an early stage brand. The right person will be comfortable working closely with a founder in an environment where systems are still being built and priorities can evolve quickly. Strong candidates will know how to take creative and product direction, think through the details, contribute thoughtful ideas, and carry work forward with initiative and strong follow through. This person should enjoy both the creative and operational sides of building a brand and be equally comfortable researching a new product category, organizing a development tracker, preparing a presentation, or helping move a product toward its next stage. Responsibilities may include: —Build and maintaining the product roadmap and development calendar —Track sample to production lifecycle —Help structure and organize priorities, files, notes, research, and development information —Prepare clear weekly updates with completed work, blockers, and recommended next steps —Research apparel products, competitors, materials, construction methods, manufacturers, specialty vendors, and market opportunities —Assist with building moodboards, product presentations, small collections, creative direction, tech packs, and manufacturer packets —Help coordinate specialty freelancers when additional graphic, illustration, print, or technical expertise is needed —Support with brand assets, Shopify imagery, newsletters, or social content —Create structure around new ideas so they become actionable projects rather than getting lost in the day to day [EXPERIENCE] The strongest candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in fashion, apparel, activewear, performance apparel, outdoor, or a related product industry, with enough industry experience to understand how products move from concept through development.
