Product Directory Submission Specialist – 100+ Listings We are looking for a reliable freelancer to submit our product to a pre-researched list of online product directories and platforms. All research has already been completed. We have a spreadsheet containing approximately 140 platforms, including priority level, URL, rationale and submission requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to work through the approved directories and complete the listings accurately, and communicate with us with a status update. ---- Responsibilities * Work through our provided directory spreadsheet * Create accounts where required using our Gmail * Submit our product to each relevant directory * Complete product/company profiles accurately * Add provided descriptions, links, categories and tags * Upload provided logos, screenshots and other assets * Follow each directory's submission requirements * Record submission status in our tracker * Add the live listing URL once approved/published * Record login/account information using our agreed process * Flag any directories requiring payment, verification, additional assets or internal approval * Flag platforms that require a more involved launch process rather than proceeding without approval We will provide the product information, descriptions, links and brand assets required for submissions. ------ Requirements We are looking for someone who: * Has previous experience with product/directory submissions * Is highly organised and detail-oriented * Can follow instructions consistently * Is comfortable creating and managing online listings * Can maintain an accurate spreadsheet/tracker * Understands the importance of using the correct company information and branding * Communicates clearly when a submission cannot be completed Experience submitting technology, AI, startup or software products to online directories would be beneficial. ---- Important We are looking for manual, high-quality submissions.
