Production Artist: Vectorize an Approved Logo into a Small Asset Set

Summary

We're a B2B software startup with a finished, approved logo. This is execution work, not design work. We need our approved mark rebuilt as clean vector and delivered as a small set of production files. You'll work from a reference image plus a written brief that covers exact hex values, construction details, and a few required corrections. The single most important requirement: build one vector master and compose every deliverable from it. Do not redraw the mark for each asset. The map's road layout, outline, folded corner, and marker position must be identical across every file. We previously had these produced independently and ended up with a different road layout in each one, which is why we're specific about this. Deliverables: 10 assets, SVG and PNG - Icon at two sizes (full detail and simplified), each in dark and light versions - Horizontal lockup with wordmark, dark and light - Stacked lockup with wordmark, dark and light - Two email signature assets, light version, transparent background Requirements - Manual vectorization. No auto-trace or AI vectorization tools. - The large sizes need gradient shading, a soft drop shadow, and a curled paper fold reproduced as true vector. No raster images embedded inside the SVG files. - All text converted to outlines before delivery. - The light version must be derived from the dark version's geometry, not drawn separately. - Colors taken from the written brief, not sampled from the reference image. About the work This mark took a while to get right and it's what our brand runs on going forward. We care more about precision than speed. If you'd rather ask a question than guess, that's the working style we want. We'll send the reference image and full brief to anyone whose proposal looks like a fit. --- Screening questions: 1. Can you reproduce gradient shading, a soft drop shadow, and a curled paper-fold effect as true vector paths, with no embedded raster images? If you'd approach any of it differently, tell us how. 2. Describe your process for building one vector master and deriving multiple variants from it, so the geometry stays identical across files. 3. What's your turnaround for 10 deliverables, and what would you charge?
