Production Artwork: Package Existing Brand into Print, Email & Social-Ready Files

What this is I have an existing brand identity that I'm happy with. I do not want it redesigned, reinterpreted or "improved." I need it built out into a complete, correctly-specified set of files so I can use it confidently across print, email and social media without having to go back to a designer every time. This is a production and file-preparation job, not a creative one. About the brand DentPulse - a finance software that helps UK dentists understand their money situation What I'll give you The current logo, primary, wordmark, brand mark and favicon What I need back Master files Fully editable vector master (.ai or .eps), fonts outlined and a second version with fonts live, all links packaged A couple of changes that we agree in conversation before you acceot the job Primary / full lockup Stacked and horizontal versions Icon or symbol only Full colour, single-colour black, single-colour white (reversed), and greyscale File formats for each of the above SVG — for web PNG — transparent background, at 500px, 1000px and 2000px wide JPEG — white background, high resolution PDF — vector, CMYK, print-ready EPS — CMYK, for suppliers and printers Print specification CMYK conversions of all brand colours, with the Pantone equivalents identified Print-ready PDF/X-1a exports, 300dpi, 3mm bleed, crop marks Digital / social sizing Profile picture crops: 400×400 and 1000×1000 Cover/banner images for [list your platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube] Social post templates: 1080×1080, 1080×1350, 1080×1920 Link preview / OG image: 1200×630 Email header: 600px wide, plus a 1200px @2x version, RGB Documentation A one-page reference sheet: colour values (HEX / RGB / CMYK / Pantone), font names and weights, minimum sizes, clear-space rules, and which file to use in which situation A clearly organised, logically named folder structure Important All files must be delivered with full copyright and unrestricted commercial use assigned to me. Any fonts used must be ones I can legally license — please tell me what they are and what licence I need. The brand must be reproduced faithfully. If you spot something you'd do differently, flag it to me — don't change it. Timeline & budget 28th Aug Budget is £50 fixed — please tell me in your proposal if that's unrealistic for the scope above rather than underbidding to win the job.
