Description: We are seeking a highly experienced genealogist for case-by-case assignments involving complex heir and ownership research tied to real estate (probate, intestate estates, and title issues). This is not basic research—we are looking for a specialist who can independently reconstruct family lineage, identify rightful heirs, and navigate incomplete or conflicting records. This is independent contractor work. You should be equipped with the tools and resources needed to conduct professional-level genealogical research. Our business is growing nationally, so we will be a steady source of complex and real-world cases for the most qualified candidate. We value accuracy, efficiency, and clear conclusions—our goal is to build long-term relationships with a small number of highly capable specialists.
