Professional Logo Reconstruction + Complete Vector Logo Suite & Mini Brand Guidelines

Job Description We have an established logo and visual identity for renAIssance Collaborative, an AI-focused creative company. The attached artwork represents the approved overall design direction. We are NOT looking for a new logo or a redesign. We need an experienced brand identity / production designer to professionally reconstruct the existing artwork in Adobe Illustrator and create a complete, production-ready logo system that can be used consistently across digital, print, presentations, websites, social media, merchandise, embroidery, signage, video, and other applications. We want the logo professionally rebuilt as native vector artwork, with clean paths, proper typography, consistent spacing, precise alignment, controlled gradients/effects, and production-quality files. The overall appearance should remain faithful to the supplied design, but the designer should correct minor inconsistencies in kerning, spacing, alignment, proportions, line weights, gradients, and other technical details where necessary. Existing Identity SEE ATTACHED FILE Required Deliverables The final project should include a complete logo package, not simply one vectorized logo. 1. Master Logo Reconstruction Reconstruct the supplied logo as clean, native Adobe Illustrator vector artwork. The master artwork should: • closely reproduce the approved logo; • use clean, professionally constructed vector paths; • correct kerning, spacing, alignment and proportional inconsistencies; • recreate the silver/gray and gold treatments intentionally rather than relying on raster effects; • preserve the visual emphasis on AI; • contain no embedded low-resolution raster artwork unless specifically necessary for a particular optional effect; • be fully scalable; • include editable source artwork; and • include a version with all typography converted to outlines for reliable production. If the original typeface can be identified, please identify it. If it cannot, recreate the letterforms accurately and/or recommend the closest commercially available typeface. 2. Logo Configurations / Lockups Please create the following configurations: A. Primary / Full Logo renAIssance COLLABORATIVE horizontal rule creative intelligence This is the complete corporate identity. B. Standard Corporate Logo renAIssance COLLABORATIVE No tagline. C. Wordmark renAIssance Wordmark only. D. Horizontal Logo Develop a practical horizontal lockup suitable for website headers, presentation footers, sponsorship placements and other applications where the primary stacked configuration is too tall. The designer may recommend the most appropriate arrangement while remaining faithful to the established identity. E. rAI Secondary Mark rAI Create a polished standalone version of the abbreviated mark. F. rAI Icon / Badge Create a compact version suitable for: • social-media profile images; • favicon/app icon; • presentation icon; • watermark; • merchandise; • small digital applications. The existing boxed rAI concept can serve as the starting point, but we are open to minor refinements that improve its usability and visual balance. 3. Color Versions For each applicable logo configuration, provide: Full-color dimensional version Preserve the existing silver/metallic and gold visual treatment as closely as practical. Full-color flat version A simplified vector version using defined gray/silver and gold colors, without effects that could create production problems. This version will be particularly important for commercial printing, apparel, embroidery, signage and similar applications. Solid black version True one-color black artwork. Not grayscale. Solid white / reversed version For use against dark or photographic backgrounds. Grayscale version Where appropriate. We want the identity to remain recognizable and balanced regardless of whether gradients or metallic effects can be reproduced. 4. Color Specifications Please establish exact production colors for the identity. Provide: • Pantone/PMS recommendations; • CMYK; • RGB; • HEX; • any gradient specifications used in the dimensional version. Please distinguish between the primary brand colors and any additional shades used solely to create metallic/dimensional effects. We want a defined renAIssance Gold and primary neutral/silver palette that can be consistently reproduced by future designers, printers and vendors. 5. File Formats Final deliverables should include appropriate versions in: Vector/source formats • Adobe Illustrator .AI • .EPS • .SVG • vector .PDF Raster formats • transparent-background .PNG • .JPG where appropriate PNG files should be supplied at multiple useful resolutions for digital use. At minimum, please provide high-resolution master PNG files plus appropriately sized web/social versions. All vector files must be genuine vector artwork, not raster images embedded inside vector containers. 6. Background Versions Please prepare appropriate versions for: • transparent background; • white/light background; and • black/dark background. The reversed/dark-background version should be deliberately designed rather than simply placing the standard logo on black. 7. Small-Format / Production Version We need a simplified version optimized for situations where the dimensional effects or fine details will not reproduce properly. Examples include: • embroidery; • screen printing; • vinyl; • engraving; • promotional products; • small-format printing; • one-color applications. This should remain recognizably the same brand, rather than becoming a separate logo. 8. Social / Digital Assets Using the approved rAI mark, please provide appropriately formatted assets for common digital uses, including: • square social-media profile image; • circular-profile-safe version; • favicon; • 512 × 512 app/icon version; • 1024 × 1024 master icon; • transparent icon. Please maintain appropriate safe space so that the mark is not clipped when platforms display a square image as a circle. 10. Final File Organization Please deliver the files in a logical professional folder structure. Important Technical Requirements Please do not apply if your process consists primarily of automatic vector tracing. We are specifically looking for someone who can manually reconstruct and refine professional logo artwork in Adobe Illustrator. Creative Direction We are not asking for a redesign. However, we also do not want the designer to mechanically reproduce obvious imperfections in the supplied raster artwork. You are authorized to make minor professional refinements to: • kerning; • tracking; • alignment; • spacing; • relative proportions; • gradient quality; • metallic treatment; • line thickness; • visual balance. Any material change to the established logo design should be presented for approval before being incorporated into the final identity. We would like the finished result to look like the supplied concept was originally created by a professional identity designer rather than generated as a raster graphic and subsequently converted. Ownership and Source Files This is a work-for-hire project. Upon final payment, we require delivery of all final source files and exclusive ownership of the final artwork created for this project, subject only to any pre-existing third-party font licenses or other disclosed third-party intellectual property. Please identify any commercial fonts, stock assets, plugins or other third-party materials that would require us to purchase or maintain a separate license. Do not incorporate stock logos, stock icons or third-party graphic elements into the final logo without our prior written approval. Application Requirements Please include the following with your proposal: 1. 2–4 examples of logos you have professionally reconstructed, refined or prepared as complete identity systems. 2. Confirmation that you work in Adobe Illustrator and will provide the editable .AI master files. 3. Briefly explain how you would approach recreating the metallic silver/gold treatment while also developing a flat production version. 4. Confirm that the final artwork will be manually cleaned/reconstructed rather than simply processed through Illustrator Image Trace or an online vectorizer. 5. Confirm that the price quoted includes the complete deliverables described above. 6. Provide your expected turnaround time.
