Professional Manufacturing Ready Tech Pack Creator Needed

We’re looking for an experienced fashion tech pack creator to work with our growing fashion brand and help take designs from concept to fully production-ready tech packs. We’re not necessarily looking for a one-off freelancer. I’d like to build a long-term working relationship with the right person—someone I can come back to as new designs and collections develop. The workload may vary from project to project, so I’m looking for someone who is flexible, collaborative, communicative, and interested in figuring out a workflow that works well for both of us. For each project, I would provide the initial design/concept and information such as fabrics, colors, and other known details. Ideally, you would take ownership of the process from there and create a complete manufacturer-ready tech pack, including measurements, specifications, BOM, trims, construction details, technical flats, etc. Experience with complex and non-standard garments is particularly valuable, as many of our designs involve unique construction and details that require more than a standard tech pack.
