Professional Vector Logo Designer Needed to Finalize Premium Sports/Apparel Brand Identity

I am launching a new sports/lifestyle apparel brand called TURN ’EM and have already developed the logo concept, color direction, and overall brand identity. I am NOT looking for someone to create a completely new logo. I am looking for an experienced professional logo/identity designer to take my approved concept and manually rebuild, refine, and finish it as a true professional vector identity suitable for a premium apparel brand. My long-term goal is to build TURN ’EM into a recognizable national and eventually global sports/lifestyle brand, so quality and attention to detail are extremely important. The logo consists of a distinctive flexed-arm icon combined with custom TURN ’EM lettering in a red, white, and navy color system. The flexed arm is a critical part of the identity. I have already selected the exact arm design I want. I do not want the arm redesigned, replaced, or significantly altered. It should be manually recreated as clean vector artwork while preserving its existing silhouette, proportions, fist, bicep shape, and character. The TURN ’EM lettering can be professionally refined. I would like the final wordmark to feel custom and proprietary rather than simply using an off-the-shelf font. Scope of Work The designer will take my supplied reference artwork and create a complete professional logo system including: Primary TURN ’EM logo Standalone flexed-arm icon TURN ’EM wordmark Simplified horizontal logo/lockup Embroidery-optimized version of the arm/logo Full-color version One-color black version One-color white/reversed version Versions suitable for both light and dark backgrounds Production Requirements Final artwork must be manually constructed as clean vector artwork. I am not looking for an automated image-trace conversion of the existing PNG. Artwork should be suitable for: Embroidery Screen printing DTG/DTF printing Heat transfer Woven labels Hang tags Hats Golf polos T-shirts and hoodies Packaging Website/social media Large-format printing The artwork needs to reproduce cleanly from a small embroidered polo logo all the way to large signage. Color System Please establish professional specifications for the final TURN ’EM navy, red, and white, including: Pantone CMYK RGB HEX Final Files Required I would like organized production files including: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) EPS SVG Vector PDF High-resolution transparent PNG Please provide separate, clearly labeled files/folders for the primary logo, arm icon, wordmark, simplified lockup, monochrome versions, and embroidery artwork. There is potential for additional work as TURN ’EM develops, including apparel graphics, patterns, packaging, labels, hang tags, website assets, and future collections.
