Lionsgate Retreats A luxury retreat company offering fitness, martial arts, wellness, breathwork, and transformational experiences featuring world-class practitioners. Our goal is simple: Produce premium content that reflects premium brands. ⸻ What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an editor who understands professional video production—not just someone who can assemble clips together. The footage you will receive is professionally shot on a Sony A7 IV using professional recording settings including S-Log3, 10-bit color, and high-quality codecs. A significant amount of time and money has gone into building a professional camera setup and learning how to capture footage correctly. Because of that, preserving the quality of the original footage is the single most important requirement for this position. For each project, you’ll receive organized folders containing everything needed to complete the edit, including footage, audio, logos, graphics, music (when applicable), and any additional project assets. We believe an organized workflow leads to better and more efficient editing, so every project will be structured clearly and consistently. Because we shoot in high-quality formats such as Sony A7 IV S-Log3, some projects may involve large file sizes. A reliable internet connection and the ability to download and work with professional-quality footage are important.
