We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to create modern, responsive, and high performing websites tailored for the real estate industry and content driven blogs. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing sleek property listing sites, intuitive user experiences (UX), and engaging blog layouts that drive traffic and conversions. You will be responsible for translating our vision into a fully functional, visually striking, and user friendly digital presence. Key Responsibilities - Design & Development : Build custom, mobile-responsive websites from scratch or optimize existing templates using modern CMS platforms (e. g, Wix, WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace). - Real Estate Integration : Implement advanced property search features, MLS/IDX integration capabilities, interactive maps, and streamlined contact/lead capture forms. - Blog Optimization : Design clean, readable, and SEO friendly blog layouts with smooth navigation, categorized archives, and social sharing features. - UI/UX Enhancement : Ensure fast load times, intuitive site architecture, and a cohesive visual brand identity across all pages. - Collaboration : Work closely with our team to refine layouts, integrate branding elements, and ensure seamless functionality across all browsers and devices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven Experience : Demonstrated portfolio featuring successful real estate websites and content blogs. - Platform Expertise : Strong proficiency in Wix, WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Webflow or other leading site builders. - Design Principles : Mastery of UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and responsive mobile first design. - Technical Know How : Basic understanding of SEO best practices, site speed optimization, and secure hosting/domain setups. - Communication : Excellent English communication skills and responsiveness to feedback during the revision process.
