Work Hours and Schedule: Night Shift - U.S. Business Hours (Monday to Friday) Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week) Rate: Negotiable base on experience Note: Please attach your updated resume/CV in your proposal Description/Information: The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the UCBZeroWaste implementation projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and profitably. The Project Manager is in charge of setting short- and long-term milestones together with the National Implementation Managers (the clients’ account managers) to ensure UCBZeroWaste is delivering to the contracted clients what was promised on our proposals and agreements, including the six-step proven process. The Project Manager is in control of properly documenting the implementation milestones on UCB’s tracking systems, monitoring progress, and keeping internal stakeholders informed the entire way. Responsibilities: • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner • Create and document detailed "Implementation Process Steps" for new clients or expansion of existing clients to clarify client deliverables and expectations • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Qualifications: • At least 5 years' experience in project management, seeing projects through the full life cycle and related experience • Strong aptitude for mathematics, with the ability to analyze and interpret numerical data effectively • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving • Expertise with MSFT Project and/or similar project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Open to feedback and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge to contribute to team success UCBEnvironmental is growing fast!
