Role Overview This role leads program coordination, event organization, and marketing activities across network initiatives. The role focuses on communication, planning and running programs, coordinating stakeholders and events, and promoting initiatives to the global community. The position works closely with leadership, volunteers, speakers, partners, and community members. The role suits someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. Key Responsibilities Program and Project Management Plan and coordinate events, programs, mentoring initiatives, and community projects. Manage timelines, deliverables, and program milestones. Coordinate with partners, mentors, instructors, speakers, and volunteers. Maintain program documentation and operational processes. Track and measure participation, engagement, and program outcomes. Events and Community Programs Organize online and in-person events such as workshops, meetups, training sessions, and conferences. Coordinate partners, speakers, moderators, and event agendas. Manage event logistics, registration, communication, and follow up alongside our support team. Support partner participation and sponsor engagement. Monitor attendance and event performance metrics. Marketing and Communications Plan and execute marketing campaigns for programs and events. Manage newsletters, social media posts, and website updates. Promote programs, opportunities, and community initiatives. Coordinate announcements with partners and collaborators. Support storytelling, community highlights, and success stories. Community and Partnerships Engage partners, community members, mentors, and volunteers. Support ambassador and volunteer onboarding. Maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and collaborators. Help expand local and global community programs. Qualifications 3 to 7 years experience in program management, events, marketing, community operations or related areas. Experience organizing events, training programs, or community initiatives. (in-person and online) Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Ability to manage several projects at the same time. Exceptional written and spoken English required, as the role involves international communication, marketing content creation, and coordination with global partners. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience and ability to work remote with distributed teams and stakeholders across timezones. Experience using AI, prompt writing, AI guidance and so on. Nice to Have Experience in technology, education, or nonprofit organizations. Experience organizing conferences, community programs, or training initiatives. Experience with marketing and community tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, MS Teams, Eventbrite, RingCentral Events, StreamYard, Monday (or similar platforms with transferable skills from tools like Mailchimp, Slack, Discord, Zoom.) What Success Looks Like Programs run smoothly and on schedule. Events attract strong participation and engagement. Marketing campaigns drive registrations and community growth. Partners and speakers have a strong experience. Community members stay active and connected. Work Environment Remote friendly role with flexible work arrangements.
