[DR] Project Assistant for Website Design Agency | Must speak Cantonese | Asia time zone

Hi! We are a web design agency looking for a Project Assistant who could assist us with managing our day to day tasks and projects. Ultimately we would like you to take charge of a website design project from start the finish. Before you are ready to do that, you'll be involved in the following tasks: Daily responsibilities: * Attend to incoming project enquiry, study client's requirement and prepare full quotation and other administrative documents. * Be the contact point for the client during the project. Reply to client’s enquiries / requests / questions promptly and be patient, friendly and customer focus. * Work on project / website related tasks (e.g. organising and rephrasing client's feedback, create backend usual manual, etc) during the course of a project. * Help make administrative and small changes on website using WordPress (training and tutorial to be provided). * Assist the team with ad-hoc marketing, administrative and graphic tasks. Here are some of the criteria that we are looking for: * 1) You should speak, read and write traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) * 2) Available for communication and task in +/- 1 hour of the Hong Kong time zone (during normal business hours) for at least 4-5 hours per day * 3) Patient, honest, detail oriented, positive and friendly * 4) Business oriented, ideally you would have at least 3 years of working experience **Fluent, non-accented spoken Cantonese and availability to respond to task during the day are the two key requirements.
