Project Manager / Fieldwork Supervisor – Retail Audit | Colombia

We are looking for freelance Project Managers / Fieldwork Supervisors to support a 12-month Retail Audit project in Colombia, covering Girón. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating field auditors, negotiating access with retail stores, supervising fieldwork, monitoring progress and data quality, managing replacements, and acting as the main local point of contact for the project team. Key responsibilities: Recruit and coordinate local field auditors. Negotiate and maintain relationships with retail outlets. Supervise auditors and ensure timely completion of monthly audits. Monitor fieldwork progress, outlet coverage and replacements. Support training, piloting and day-to-day field coordination. Identify and resolve fieldwork issues proactively. Provide regular updates and fieldwork reports.
