Project Manager & AI-Powered Virtual Assistant - Operations & Task Execution (Spanish Speaking)

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Project Manager & AI-Powered Virtual Assistant to support operations, task follow-up, and execution across our Venture Studio projects. If you have experience working with founders, marketing agencies, or fast-paced startups, love leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Make/Zapier automations) to speed up execution, and take ownership without needing micromanagement, this is the role for you. Language Requirement: Native or fluent Spanish proficiency is required, as daily standups, internal task tracking, and team collaboration are conducted in Spanish. Key Responsibilities: - Task Follow-Up & Project Coordination: Track project milestones, follow up on deliverables with team members, and ensure sprint deadlines are met inside Notion / ClickUp. - Operations & Administrative Execution: Handle day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, process updates, and founder support with high autonomy. - AI & Digital Tooling: Leverage AI prompts, summary tools, and automations to streamline workflows, draft communications, and organize databases. - Communication & Reporting: Prepare clear weekly status updates, identify bottlenecks early, and coordinate async work across team members. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Assistant, or Executive VA in startups, digital agencies, or venture studios. - Tech-savvy: Confident user of Notion, ClickUp/Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and modern AI tools. - Strong problem solver: Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of executing tasks independently without constant supervision. - Native or fluent Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
