Project Manager – RFP Submissions

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of our RFP submission process from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage RFPs according to the provided charter, requirements, and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documentation. Track tasks, deadlines, and submission status. Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Proactively follow up with stakeholders and identify potential issues. Ideal Candidate Proven Project Management experience, preferably in IT/software projects or RFP/proposal management. PMP certification preferred (other PM certifications are also welcome). Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and strong with follow-ups. Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working independently. Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc. Time Zone Requirement – Critical Must be able to work with at least: 2 hours overlap with New York (ET) 2 hours overlap with IST
