IT Project Manager for Software Development Team (4-5 Engineers)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a dedicated software development team of 4-5 engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining smooth communication between stakeholders and the technical team. Responsibilities: Manage a development team of 4-5 software engineers, including task allocation, progress tracking, and resolving technical or operational blockers. Plan, execute, and monitor project sprints using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Facilitate key team meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives). Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Act as the primary bridge between the development team and business stakeholders or clients, managing expectations and scope changes. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a software development environment (agency or product). Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development lifecycles (SDLC). Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
