Project Manager

Project Manager & ClickUp Operations Lead ProofPilot is seeking an experienced digital marketing agency Project Manager to own delivery across SEO, content, Google Business Profile, website, reporting, and related client projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn client commitments into clear, accountable execution while keeping timelines, scope, quality, capacity, and communication under control. You will manage projects from intake through final delivery, maintain ClickUp as the source of truth, coordinate cross-functional contributors, identify risks before deadlines are missed, and ensure every deliverable moves through the appropriate review, approval, publication, and verification stages. Key responsibilities: • Build and maintain complete project plans in ClickUp  • Assign work based on priorities, skills, capacity, and dependencies  • Monitor deadlines, blockers, approvals, workload, and scope changes  • Coordinate SEO, content, design, development, QA, and reporting workflows  • Lead project reviews and document clear decisions and next actions  • Provide concise, accurate internal and client-facing status updates  • Improve ClickUp templates, dashboards, automations, and operating processes  • Verify that completed work meets requirements and has clear proof of delivery  Ideal candidate: • 3+ years managing projects within a digital marketing agency  • Advanced ClickUp experience, including templates, custom fields, dashboards, dependencies, workload views, and automations  • Working knowledge of SEO, content, WordPress websites, GBP, analytics, and client approval workflows  • Strong written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and escalating risks early  • Able to create accountability without micromanaging or blaming contributors
