MS Project Scheduler & Spreadsheet Data Entry

We need a virtual assistant to help maintain project schedules and spreadsheets. This role requires prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Project - candidates without MS Project experience will not be considered. Tasks: * Update tasks, durations, and dependencies (predecessors/successors) in MS Project (MPP files) * Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets (formulas, formatting, cleanup) * Cross-check schedule updates against source documents * Flag scheduling errors or logic inconsistencies Requirements: * Previous work experience using Microsoft Project is required (not optional) - please describe your MS Project experience in your application * Applicants must have access to a licensed desktop version of Microsoft Project * Strong Excel skills * High attention to detail * Good written English for communication * Reliable internet and availability for part-time hours Work Setup: Part-time, remote, hourly Note: A paid trial period will be given first to confirm fit and commitment before any longer-term arrangement.
