We need a master-level operator to help us build, extend, and maintain them at speed. This isn't a traditional development role, and it isn't QA. It's a prompt engineering and platform operations role: you read the codebase like an engineer, understand how the data tables connect, write precise prompts that produce correct, production-ready changes, and know how to fix what breaks without touching raw code unless it's truly necessary. We need someone who can start now, not in two weeks. Our apps support live clients, active real estate operations, short-term rental properties, and a real estate investment team. What You'll Do Read and interpret table schemas, row-level security policies, foreign key relationships, and edge function logic to understand app architecture before making any change Write surgical, context-rich prompts in Lovable that produce correct results on the first or second attempt, not through trial and error Know when a prompt is the right tool versus when a direct schema change, edge function edit, or storage rule is needed instead Diagnose broken features by tracing the issue across the UI, the Lovable project, and the database, then fix them Maintain app stability across ongoing feature releases Document what you changed and why, in enough detail for the next person to follow Work California hours, with some evening availability for live operations What We Run (6+ interconnected apps — full technical details shared after a successful first day) Social media & CRM platform Team management & hours tracking Task & messaging hub Short-term rental operations Financial reporting Financial planning You Must Have Deep, hands-on experience operating and extending Lovable applications, not just browsing them Ability to read database tables (e.g. Supabase/PostgreSQL) and understand how schema structure drives UI behavior Fluency with prompt engineering as a precision tool: you write prompts that work, not prompts that hope Strong judgment on when to prompt, when to edit directly, and when to escalate Understanding of role-based access logic, row-level security, and multi-role permission structures Clear written documentation skills; every change you make should leave a trail Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools like Anthropic Claude and ChatGPT to streamline research, analyze data, and accelerate workflow" is a plus 😁 Compensation Starting: $3.00–$5.00/hr Performance increases based on accuracy, reduced revision cycles, and stability metrics 7-day paid trial · Bi-weekly payments Screening Test (Mandatory) Your submission must include all four items: Begin your proposal with the word "Structured."
