Prop firm challenge passing and ongoing account management and scaling.

PROP-FIRM TRADER — CHALLENGE PASSING + LONG-TERM MANAGEMENT I am looking for an experienced prop-firm trader for an ongoing relationship involving: • Passing prop-firm challenges/evaluations. • Managing funded accounts after passing. • Conservative long-term account management. • Profit sharing. • Scaling to additional/larger accounts following proven success. I am NOT simply looking for someone who can pass challenges. The objective is to obtain funded accounts AND keep them alive and profitable long term. PROVEN PERFORMANCE REQUIRED: Before hiring, I need at least 6 months of genuine continuous trading history, preferably longer. Please provide evidence such as: • Verified Myfxbook/FX Blue history. • Broker/platform statements covering consecutive months. • Long-term funded prop-firm account history. • Evidence of genuine prop-firm payouts. • Equity curves showing drawdowns as well as profits. Sensitive personal/account information can be redacted. Challenge certificates, individual winning trades, profit screenshots or a few successful weeks are NOT sufficient. I would much rather see modest, consistent returns over 6–12+ months with controlled drawdown than extraordinary returns without a verifiable history. Please state: • Normal risk per trade. • Maximum drawdown. • Typical monthly return. • Typical risk/reward. • Instruments and trading style. • How long your oldest funded account has remained active. • Prop firms you have successfully managed accounts with. I prefer approximately 0.5% risk per trade or less, although another approach may be considered if supported by strong evidence. Please quote: 1. Challenge-passing fee. 2. Ongoing funded-account management fee. 3. Proposed profit split. 4. Any other fees/conditions. I want a long-term relationship, not repeated challenge passing followed by breached accounts. Successful performance could lead to substantial scaling. Your method MUST comply with the relevant prop firm's rules regarding third-party trading, account access, copy trading and EAs.
